Authors may submit, as first author and/or corresponding author, a maximum of two original scientific papers for ICAMaT 2026.

Submission will be made through the ICAMaT 2026 EasyChair platform.

Accepted papers will be considered for publication in the Scientific Bulletin of POLITEHNICA Bucharest, Series D: Mechanical Engineering, indexed in Scopus and other international databases, ISSN (print): 1454-2358 / ISSN (online): 2286-3699, in accordance with the journal's publication requirements.

Fees for participants in the conference scientific sections
Academic or researcher as a paper author and presenter in person/ online: 175 €/ 80 €.
Academic or researcher as a 2-nd paper author and presenter in person/ online: 80 €/ 40 €.
Student (PhD, MSc, BSc) as paper(s) author and presenter in person/ online: 80 €/ 40 €.
Other participants (in person): 80 €.
Social Dinner - 60 € (additional to those mentioned above).
